I had the honor of meeting J Grilla in 2003 when we both embarked on our careers in technology sales. Shortly after meeting J Grilla, I discovered he was also one of the most influential DJs in Chicago.

What sets J Grilla apart is his exceptional ability to identify the samples used in contemporary music and trace them back to their origins. He has a remarkable talent for taking his audience on a journey through time, starting with the first sample and moving on to the next until he finally concludes with the song you hear today. It's truly a work of art and a testament to his outstanding musical prowess.

Over the years, our friendship has only grown stronger. Jason has become a friend, brother, inspiration, and mentor. I feel truly blessed to have him in my life.
